
Now my phone calls aren't being answered, my emails aren't being answered. They also check and tell me there was no deposit sent from that company at all. I call my bank and they tell me there's no reason they would ever reject a deposit. I question them (by email because they won't answer the phone) and when I finally call and leave a very opinionated voice-mail, I get an email back telling me my bank had rejected the deposit. Then I get on my account and see that the payment showing for the direct deposit they were suppose to send has been changed to $0.00. So I'm told my money will be in my bank in 3-5 business days. But I had been told prior, they can't do direct deposit. Then I'm told that they can send it direct deposit so I'll get it faster. So then after being told "you just have to wait a couple weeks to see if you get them" I begin to get upset. I find it hard to believe that many separate pieces of mail all got lost. They claimed 5 checks had been processed and mailed. The 1st of April is the last payment I received. I was told they cannot do direct deposit so I had to receive my payments through checks. My doctor's office would fax papers to them numerous times and they still supposedly never got them. anytime papers had to be faxed to them, they claim they never received them and my claim would be closed. This led to me having to be on short term disability.

I've been on **** due to health issues which happened suddenly the end of February 2021.
